Apple One to One Training at the Genius Bar

Capitola Media produced this all-motion-graphics video for Apple’s One to One training program at the Apple Store Genius Bar. The piece was designed around guided customer training rather than a conventional product advertisement, using animation and graphic storytelling to explain the experience clearly and visually.

Explaining a Service Through Motion Graphics

Because the subject was a service experience, the production did not depend on live-action footage. Instead, the entire video was built through motion design, allowing the sequence, pacing and visual emphasis to be controlled from frame to frame.

Our motion graphics and animation work is especially useful when the goal is to explain a process, program or service without relying on a physical demonstration. Typography, iconography, transitions and visual hierarchy can guide the viewer through each stage while keeping the presentation aligned with the brand.

Training Content for a Consumer Technology Brand

Apple’s One to One program was built around helping customers learn how to use their Apple products through personalized instruction in the retail environment. The video supported that educational purpose by presenting the service in a concise, structured form.

Part of Capitola Media’s Apple Work

This project complements our Apple iPhone Guided Tour, showing two different approaches to Apple-related communication: one presenter-led and product-focused, the other entirely motion-graphics driven and centered on customer training.

Both projects show how the production method can be shaped by what the audience needs to understand. In this case, an all-graphics approach provided the clearest way to communicate the One to One training experience.
