Sitecore Virtual Presentation
Virtual presentation for Sitecore featuring Paige O’Neill on moment-to-moment customer experience, connecting empathy, content and agility with more responsive digital experiences.
Moment-to-Moment Customer Experience
Capitola Media produced this virtual presentation for Sitecore featuring Paige O’Neill, then Sitecore’s Chief Marketing Officer, around the idea of “moment-to-moment” customer experience. The theme reflected a broader shift in digital experience strategy: brands increasingly need to respond to customers in real time, with the right content, context and timing rather than relying on one static journey.
Sitecore’s own customer experience materials emphasize the need to anticipate moment-to-moment customer needs and use data, personalization and decisioning to shape more relevant interactions. In Sitecore’s 2020 Symposium coverage, the idea was framed around three related priorities: empathy, content and agility.
A Virtual Executive Presentation
The project was built as a virtual event presentation rather than a conventional interview. O’Neill addressed a remote audience directly, giving the session the structure of a keynote while still allowing the production to create a polished, controlled program for online delivery.
For Capitola Media, that meant approaching the piece as both virtual event production and corporate video production. The live-event mindset shaped the presentation flow, while the video-production side focused on framing, graphics, editorial rhythm and a finished program that could continue to work after the original event.
Customer Experience as a Moving Target
The central idea behind moment-to-moment CX is that customer expectations and circumstances can change quickly. Sitecore’s later writing on customer data and personalization makes the same point: marketers need richer customer insight and the ability to adapt content, channels and offers in real time.
That made the subject especially well suited to a presentation format. Instead of trying to explain a single product feature, the program connected a strategic idea with the operational realities of modern digital marketing: understanding the audience, reacting quickly and making content more relevant to the customer’s immediate context.
Part of a Broader Sitecore Production Relationship
This project sits alongside Capitola Media’s other work for Sitecore, including the virtual Symposium keynote with Leslie Odom Jr. and the three-camera founder fireside chat. Together, the projects show several different ways Sitecore used video for executive communication, thought leadership and event programming.
The subject is fundamentally about digital experience technology and enterprise marketing. The finished presentation also shows how virtual event content can become a durable communication asset rather than a temporary livestream.
